Step 1: Broadband Availability Check

Before you sign up for Netspace Broadband, we need to check that broadband internet is available at your telephone exchange.

Please Note:

  1. Only Home (Residential) Broadband Internet connections can be applied for using this online sign-up process. All Business and Educational Broadband connections should apply via the appropriate channels.
  2. You must have an active Telstra telephone line to connect to Netspace Broadband.
  3. To apply for a Netspace Broadband connection you must have authorisation from the account holder for the telephone number you wish to connect.
  4. * indicates required information.

Signup will now use the Netspace Database to process.
