Netspace PowerPlus Plans have a split download allowance that is divided across “Peak” and “Off-Peak” periods. With each of the PowerPlus plans, you will have a separate download allowance for each period. These periods relate to two different times during the day; this system was developed by Netspace to allow our customers greater usage each month, delivering outstanding value for money.

There are a number of points to note with Peak and Off Peak time:

When either the peak or off-peak limits have been reached for a billing period, your speed will be shaped to normal modem speeds. Shaping now ONLY applies to the limit (peak or off-peak) in which allocation has been exceeded eg: if peak limit is exceeded, then shaping only occurs during peak periods.
Access to sites included in the Netspace “free access list” will remain at full speed.
Your access to free access sites may be de-prioritised during periods of heavy network traffic; as a result your speed may be varied.
